About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Painter with specialized knowledge in powder coating for a
manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for applying high-quality powder
coatings on various metal surfaces, ensuring optimal durability, appearance, and
adherence to company standards. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both preparation
and application techniques and have a strong understanding of the safety protocols and
maintenance of equipment involved in powder coating.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in powder coating and industrial painting in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of different powder types, curing processes, and quality inspection standards.
• Proficient in using spray guns, powder coating equipment, and standard inspection tools.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
