Key Duties and Responsibilities: Receives and thoroughly reviews and understands the Pouching job jackets, job specifications, and customer requirements. Performs Pouching job setup/changeover and operates/troubleshoots following all Accredo procedures and safety measures. Reports/corrects nonconforming issues, records/tracks production output and scrap and reports runtime vs. downtime. Coordinate with Pouching packers and team to visually inspects and tests film for quality defects. Checks all tools and equipment at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure good housekeeping is maintained. Qualifications: Education: High school graduated Experience: manufacturing operation experience preferred Skills: ability to read, write and speak English; computer experience; able to operate basic machine tool and measuring device Physical Demands: Able to lift 50 lbs.
