About The Position

A postdoctoral training position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Saket Girotra in the Department of Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center. The candidate will serve as the lead on a range of cardiovascular outcomes research projects. Requirements

• Candidates must hold a recent Ph.D. and/or M.D. degree.

Responsibilities

• Perform data cleaning
• Perform statistical analyses using modeling techniques - Cox models, hierarchical regression models
• Prepare tables and figures
• Perform a detailed background literature search and prepare initial draft and revisions of manuscript based on feedback
• Participate in team meeting that occur several times a week
