Nice To Haves
- Strong research experience in molecular biology, including qPCR, RT- PCR , western blotting, southern blotting, molecular cloning, expressing and purifying recombinant proteins, co-IP, ChIP, RNAi, CRISPR /Cas9 technology, etc.
- Experience with cell biology including tissue culture and working with fluorescence microscopes.
- Experience in basic mechanistic study related to DNA damage/repair.
- Experience with mice breeding and analyzing tumor formation in vivo.
