About The Position

Professor Tang is hiring a Postdoctoral Research Associate to work in her laboratory. The selected candidate will perform basic research on diffusiophoresis in microfluidics channels experimentally. The particle dynamics under solute concentration gradient will be analyzed and new methods of manipulating particles in complex geometries will be developed. Application relevant materials will be examined such as drug delivery. Publications in multiple high-impact journals are expected. The selected candidate is also expected to maintain the laboratory and exercises functional supervision over graduate and undergraduate students. Requirements

• Having a PhD degree from all science and engineering majors, especially Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, and Materials Science.
• Highly motivated.

Nice To Haves

• Having experimental microfluidics background is preferred.
