Post Doc with the Polymer and Food Protection Consortium, working with plastic packaging and recycling to evaluate contamination, regulation, and properties.

  • Experience operating and interpreting data from analytical and characterization equipment, including: Universal Mechanical Testing Machine Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) DTG thermal analyzer FT‑IR spectroscopy Colorimeter UV‑Vis spectrophotometer Zetasizer Nano ZS Gas permeability testing systems
  • Experience conducting polymer physical‑chemical analyses, including thermal, mechanical, and spectroscopic characterization.
  • Experience performing physical‑chemical analyses and electrochemical measurements.
  • Experience in manufacturing and processing polymer films from a variety of polymer sources.
