About The Position
The postdoc will combine in-utero injection method and imaging approaches to study mechanism of mouse salivary gland and mammary gland formation, focusing on how branching morphology was formed.
Requirements
- PhD or equivalent in biology
- 5+ years
Responsibilities
- In-utero injection
- Confocal microscopy on both sectioned and whole-mount tissues
- Sequencing library preparation
- Standard molecular and cellular biology assays
- Mouse genotyping
