About The Position

The Sun Laboratory is seeking highly motivated postdocs to lead projects aimed at developing innovative gene/drug delivery systems for applications in immunotherapy and in vivo gene writing. The research will involve exploring novel non-viral delivery technologies to achieve site-specific insertion of therapeutic genes in vivo, with the goal of advancing next-generation gene editing and immunotherapy treatments for severe diseases such as cancer, infectious diseases, and genetic disorders. This project will contribute to understanding the challenges and potential solutions associated with precise gene delivery and therapeutic modulation of the immune system. Goals/Outcomes of the Research Project: Advancing next generation gene editing and immunotherapy treatments for severe diseases such as cancer, infectious diseases, and genetic disorders. This project will contribute to understanding the challenges and potential solutions associated with precise gene delivery and therapeutic modulation and the immune system.
