This project is a collaborative effort between Dr. Kievit at ONPRC and Dr. Davidson at the Knight Cardiovascular Institute at OHSU. Studies will involve lab bench approaches to study banked adipose and cardiac tissues to study the reciprocal communication between the two organs.
