A Postdoctoral Associate position is available in the Department of Biochemistry immediately to investigate regulation of chromatin 3D organization during mouse neuronal development. Specifically, the project will: Address a fundamental knowledge gap about how chromatin 3D organization determines transcription at a global scale in an explicitly defined neuronal development model. Integrate cutting-edge multi-omics at bulk, single-cell and spatial scales with computational analyses to investigate transcriptome, epigenome and chromatin architecture. Combine multi-omics with flow cytometry and state-of-the-art imaging to study chromatin architecture at super resolution. See more research details at our lab website .
