The postdoc will collaborate closely with Dr. J. Arbuckle to research farmers' perspectives on climate change and identify social and biophysical factors that influence adaptation and mitigation behaviors. They will combine data from the Iowa Farm and Rural Life Poll with weather and climate information to perform innovative analyses of how experienced weather over time relates to perceived risks and management actions for adaptation and mitigation. The postdoc is also expected to develop one or two manuscripts for submission to scientific journals.
