About The Position

Enru Logistics is seeking a Postage Analyst responsible for the accuracy, compliance, and optimization of postage usage across all mail production workflows within a high-volume logistics environment. This role is monitoring postal regulations, audits mailings for adherence to USPS standards, manages postage accounting, analyzes trends, and partners with operations teams to mitigate compliance risks.

Requirements

• 2-5 years’ experience in Mail operations, postal affairs, logistics or related operations roles.
• Expertise with Core Data Cleanup & Hygiene, and strong Excel skills/reporting capabilities
• Ability to get up to speed quickly in new systems, workflows, and business models.
• Comfortable working through complexity, transformation, and incomplete information.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional partners
• Analytical mindset, solutions focused
• Skill set experience with data validation
• Familiarity with Mail.dat, Mail.XML, PostalOne! and USPS scorecard systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and familiarize with USPS Domestic Mail Manual (DMM) requirements, rate changes, Move Update standards, IMb and acceptance rules.
• Assist in communicating upcoming USPS regulatory and rate changes to stakeholders.
• Audit mail production jobs for format accuracy, address quality, barcode compliance, and documentation accuracy.
• Validate Full-Service compliance metrics and help resolve USPS scorecard errors (Move Update, Undocumented, Entry Point, Nesting/Sortation, etc.).
• Ensure mailings meet USPS specifications including endorsements, labeling lists, and presort requirements.
• Partner with internal teams to prevent and correct compliance deficiencies before acceptance.
• Coordinate postage oversight, including tracking, reconciliation and compliance reporting
• Collaborate with Customer Integrations, Production, and Account Managers to ensure accurate job setup and documentation (Workorders, eDoc, Postage Statements, 8125s).
• Support resolution of acceptance issues, rejections, and USPS escalations.
• Review presort output for accuracy and compliance with USPS rules and client requirements.
• Support SOP creation and training related to postal compliance.
