This role will support the team’s international brokerage activities, as well as domestic brokerage activities on a case-by-case basis. The analyst will be responsible for assisting and completing projects as assigned to support quality decision making by clients and brokerage team. The ideal candidate will execute on the below job functions with a high level of quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities
- Prepare supply chain analysis and support in network optimization projects
- Create interactive portfolio maps with MapIT, Google Earth or other mapping software
- Manage client lease expiration reports, transaction management software, and create customized reports, dashboards and analytics specific to each client account
- Hire and manage co-brokers for global transactions as required and monitor progress of assigned transactions
- Support the preparation of transaction documents (project authorization forms, opportunity analyses, RFP’s, co-brokerage and internal revenue sharing agreements, and commission agreements) for new or existing assignments
- Conduct market calls, prepare market surveys, develop fact sheets and perform tours with clients
- Review lease documents and write lease summaries / abstracts and review other materials as part of the due diligence process
- Perform complex (pre-tax) financial analyses, including cash flow projections with complex lease and financing structures, recovery analyses, lease Vs. purchase analyses and sensitivity analyses
- Prepare annual portfolio mark to market assessments, manage / prepare annual reports and presentations for client business review meetings
- Research companies and aid in business development efforts
