About The Position

This role is part of our central tariff mitigation team and will be responsible for leading our post summary correction and IEEPA refund workstream. What You Will Do: Lead imports, post summary correction submission and the IEEPA refunds process for Collins Aerospace. Create standard work for customs processes. Coordinate and direct work with Collins Aerospace's customs brokers. Work closely with the cross functional tariffs team, including operations and finance teams. Create metrics and reporting to monitor goals. Lead a matrixed team responsible for the post summary correction and refunds processes. Must be willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
  • Licensed Custom Broker
  • 5+ years in imports, customs, logistics
  • 5+ years experience in excel, data analytics
  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time
