About The Position
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering, data science, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of related experience in the medical device industry, specifically in quality or post-market product performance Working knowledge of data analytics tools (not necessarily advanced programming, but ability to extract and interpret data) Understanding of risk management principles Experience engaging and influencing leaders or stakeholders Familiarity with advanced data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., SAS, Snowflake) Experience managing or mentoring teams in a data or quality environment Demonstrated ability to improve business processes or data accessibility Experience with developing dashboards and data visualization tools Background in leading cross-functional projects related to product quality or performance Demonstrated experience leading complex process improvement or data development projects
