At Better Debt Solutions, our Retention team plays a critical role in protecting client outcomes and company revenue. The Post Enrollment Specialist supports clients after enrollment by stabilizing accounts, preventing cancellations, and reinforcing long-term program success. This role is performance-driven, structured, and designed for professionals who can balance empathy with accountability. This role offers a competitive $25/hour base pay, plus a monthly performance incentive. Most team members earn an additional $1,500–$2,000 per month, with top performers earning $4,000–$5,000+ monthly based on results. Why Join Us? Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or client retention
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to influence, de-escalate, and handle objections effectively
  • Emotional intelligence with the ability to maintain structure under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Experience using CRM and call management tools

  • Experience in financial services or debt settlement preferred

Responsibilities

  • Handling high-volume inbound client calls focused on account stabilization and retention
  • Preventing cancellations by addressing concerns and reinforcing program value
  • Supporting at-risk clients through structured, compliant solutions
  • Guiding clients through expectations, timelines, and next steps in the program
  • Managing difficult or emotional conversations with professionalism and control
  • Accurately documenting call activity and outcomes in internal systems
  • Collaborating with internal teams to support long-term client success
