The Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and the Richard A. Mayo Center for Asset Management invite applications for a post-doctoral research associate position beginning in July 2026 The research associate will work closely with a Finance area faculty member, primarily supporting research and data analysis pertaining to the Center's various on-going research projects. The successful candidate will advance a number of research projects from conceptualization through publication, formulate research methods, suggest options for improving quality, identify potential problems, recommend and implement solutions, and collaborate in the development of new techniques. We expect that a significant portion of time will be devoted to collaborating with other faculty. This is a one-year appointment; however, appointment may be renewed for an additional two, one-year increments, contingent upon available funding and satisfactory performance.
