CCRM Research has an opportunity for a highly motivated recent PhD graduate with interest and experience in reproductive biology and bioinformatics. The research focuses on understanding the timeline and activity of biological pathways in association with ovarian aging, and the impact this has on the decline in ovarian reserve, egg quality, fertility and disease. Our lab utilizes an array of strategies including but not limited to single cell and spatial transcriptomics, epigenetic approaches, mouse models and integrated bioinformatics.
