Emory University is a leading research university seeking a capable and self-motivated individual to join its academic community. The Post Doctoral Fellow will carry on projects involving models of glioblastoma, as well as neurofibromatosis types 1 and 2. The lab is strongly interested in the molecular characterization of these models, as well as therapeutic approaches, including resection and treatment options. This role involves designing and conducting research within a specified field, receiving advanced training from a designated Principal Investigator to enhance professional skills and research independence needed for pursuit of a career. The position is a temporary appointment as a research trainee, with an initial appointment for one year, renewable if progress is satisfactory and funds are available, and cannot exceed five years.
