About The Position
As a Postdoctoral Fellow, you will engage in laboratory, translational, or clinical research under the direct guidance of a faculty member. Daily, you will develop skills essential for your success as an independent investigator, including conducting experiments, analyzing data, and contributing to scientific discourse and publications. Success in this role requires strong scientific curiosity, a rigorous research approach, a commitment to learning, and the ambition for leadership in your field. Achieves excellence in work quality and quantity. Demonstrates continuing growth technically and intellectually. Contributes to mentor-directed research. Demonstrates capabilities to produce high quality original research or clinical care. Demonstrates skills in a research and/or clinical specialty Demonstrates ability to launch an extramurally-funded research program.
Requirements
- Ph.D., post-baccalaureate M.D. or D.Sc. degree or equivalent in a relevant field of endeavor.
- Three (3) years of laboratory or clinical research at the post-doctoral level with an interest in a faculty member's line of study.
