About The Position

Postdoctoral Associate in the School of Pharmacy, Department of Pharmacy & Therapeutics, University of Pittsburgh The Pittsburgh Pharmacogenomics (PittPGx) program studies the impact of genetic variation on medication through translational and implementation science programs. We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Postdoctoral Associate to join our Clinical Pharmacogenomics Fellowship program. The Postdoctoral Associate will participate in ongoing initiatives including the Pharmacogenomics Center of Excellence, the Pharmacogenomics Service, the PreCISE-Rx initiative, Test2Learn training program, as well as grant and institution-funded pharmacogenomics research projects. They will conduct research with the objective of advancing the science and application of pharmacogenomics and precision medicine. Specifically, in the areas of implementation science, translational and clinical outcomes research, return of results, and clinical informatics. The Candidate must have a PharmD and will be expected to attain pharmacist professional licensure in Pennsylvania. The individual should be highly motivated and willing to work on collaborative research projects. They will be responsible for independently developing, analyzing, and completing pharmacogenomics translational and/or implementation research studies, as well as clinical implementation science. Requirements
