About The Position

A post-doctoral researcher is requested to coordinate and summarize data for the following objectives. Objective 1: Field-test different insecticides and insecticide rotations for effects on cotton jassid and non-target cotton pests (e.g., stink bugs, plant bugs, white flies), beneficial insects, plant injury, and lint yield and fiber quality. Objective 2: To measure the effects, if any, of common insecticides applied at planting on cotton jassid populations prior to bloom, plant injury, and yield.
