About The Position
As a Post-Closer at radius, you will be responsible for the shipping and delivery of closed loans by performing the following duties and responsibilities:
Requirements
- Conducting thorough loan file reviews
- Organizing and prioritizing loan pipeline
- Meeting delivery dates
- Multitasking on a daily basis
- Customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all loan files submitted to post-closing thru purchase
- Auditing underwriting packages prior to shipping for data integrity
- Ensuring that all Federal and applicable State Compliance Regulations are met
- Collection of outstanding pre-purchase conditions
- Customer Contact with respect to loan servicing
- Meeting delivery time/dates
- All other duties as assigned, your responsibilities and duties may change over time
- All employees are responsible for being familiar with and able to recognize common fraud scenarios or outright instances of fraud and reporting any reasonably suspected fraud to his/her direct manager and the AML Officer
