Post Closing Coordinator
About The Position
As a Post-Closer at radius, you will be responsible for the shipping and delivery of closed loans by performing the following duties and responsibilities: Duties. - Responsible for all loan files submitted to post-closing thru purchase; - Auditing underwriting packages prior to shipping for data integrity - Ensuring that all Federal and applicable State Compliance Regulations are met; - Collection of outstanding pre-purchase conditions; - Customer Contact with respect to loan servicing; - Meeting delivery time/dates; - All other duties as assigned, your responsibilities and duties may change over time. - All employees are responsible for being familiar with and able to recognize common fraud scenarios or outright instances of fraud and reporting any reasonably suspected fraud to his/her direct manager and the AML Officer
