Post Close Specialist, Vylla
About The Position
Come join our amazing team and work in our office in Plano, TX. The Post Close Specialist, Vylla will be responsible for preparing lender/agency packages for Lender purchase home loans, cash purchase home loans and internal company refinanced mortgage loans. Upload all documents to system folders to insure curative items are cleared and disbursement is not delayed. Work to clear all loan funder conditioned items to insure timely completion for disbursement of loan funds. Provide reporting as requested by Manager on loan status. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay range is $24.00 - $26.00 an hour.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Two (2) to five (5) years’ title, settlement services or mortgage experience.
Responsibilities
- Upload completed signed closing document to system folders to insure that curative items are cleared.
- Follow-up with lender if problems are encountered.
- Compile lender packages and buyer packages for closings that are completed.
- Insure that lender has all information needed to reconcile a file on time.
- Prepare documents for recording and send to vendor and assist vendor with recording rejects.
- Ship all original signed documents to lender collateral team via overnight delivery.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
