Relative Dynamics Inc. is seeking to hire a Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PNT) Test and Verification Lead to serve as a hands-on Test and Verification Lead to lead validation and verification (V&V) testing for a PNT subsystem on a commercial space customers lunar program. What You'll Get to Do: Serve as a technical leader in defining, integrating, and verifying system requirements for PNT. Provide technical leadership in the integration and testing of PNT hardware and software components, including GNSS receiver, ultra-stable oscillator, optical navigation camera, and flight software. Plan and execute validation and verification (V&V) testing on flight-like hardware and high-fidelity testbeds. Organize and lead execution of PNT V&V tests, from planning through final report. Translate high-level test objectives into executable test plans and verification strategies. Prepare and lead Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs). Lead live test execution, troubleshoot issues, and drive them to closure. Serve as Test Conductor for integrated testing activities, coordinating required personnel, scheduling the tests, and documenting results, anomalies, troubleshooting steps, and problem resolutions Perform post-test analysis and generate clear, concise test reports. Conduct requirements analysis and flow-down, ensuring alignment with customer needs, mission objectives, and NASA standards. Generate and maintain technical documentation, including requirements, interface control documents, test plans, and procedures. What You'll Need: BS or MS in Aerospace Engineering or related field with 5+ years of avionics hardware, space, robotics, or formal I&T experience preferred. Strong hardware testing and system integration experience. Experience with autonomous systems, GN&C, robotics, or self-driving vehicle hardware. Proven experience leading system-level tests on complex hardware systems. Broad technical understanding across avionics, electrical, mechanical, software, and networking. Highly organized, schedule-driven, and excellent communicator. Comfortable coordinating across teams without direct authority. Ability and willingness to work under compressed and aggressive delivery schedules.
