Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $57,000 and $115,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1-3 years' experience in financial services related field
  • Inquisitive, creative thinker who is motivated to learn and driven to achieve exceptional results
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Efficient time management skills / ability to prioritize competing urgent tasks that team is involved with
  • Ability to ensure process consistency and adherence to all procedural guidelines
  • Strong work ethic and interest in improving business, technical and operational processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a particular strength in Microsoft Excel is required

Nice To Haves

  • Prior operational and/or alternative investments experience is a plus
  • Securities licensing (SIE and Series 7 or 99) preferred, but not required
