About The Position

We are seeking an experienced POS Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Point of Sale (POS) systems and leadership experience in QA or project delivery. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing POS initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

  • 4–5+ years of experience in Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Experience working with WinDSS / Clarion-based POS systems (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of retail POS environments
  • Hands-on experience with POS lab setup and configuration
  • Experience in a QA Lead or similar leadership role
  • Familiarity with JIRA for defect tracking and reporting
  • Strong communication and coordination skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with retail clients
  • Exposure to legacy POS systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced onsite environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage POS-related project activities and delivery
  • Oversee POS system implementation and support, including legacy systems
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Support POS lab setup and environment configuration
  • Drive QA activities and ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Track and manage defects using tools like JIRA
  • Provide technical and functional guidance to team members
