Essential Job Functions: Provide sustainment support for DAI and related financial systems such as Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), joint Integrated Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Analytic Platform (JICAP), Defense Cash Accountability System (DCAS) Provide expert level DAI individual modules, program management and planning, and support to training and fielding of the DAI system Provide help desk support to augment the DAI SME during testing and operations of DAI and other related financial systems Provide systems support for new financial systems and integration to include databases and programs developed in SharePoint and MS Access as required by FMD Issue identification, troubleshooting, event escalation, and closure of the problem resolution process in support of DAI Provide training to the DAI users to ensure they are fully capable of independently accessing and operating DAI for their job functions

  • Provide expert level DAI individual modules, program management and planning, and support to training and fielding of the DAI system
  • Provide help desk support to augment the DAI SME during testing and operations of DAI and other related financial systems
  • Provide systems support for new financial systems and integration to include databases and programs developed in SharePoint and MS Access as required by FMD
  • Issue identification, troubleshooting, event escalation, and closure of the problem resolution process in support of DAI
  • Provide training to the DAI users to ensure they are fully capable of independently accessing and operating DAI for their job functions
  • Proficient in understanding Federal, DoD, FAR, and DFAR regulations, guidelines, standards, and concepts; or other relevant industry policies and best practices
  • Strong communications skills
  • Must have demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office 2016 Office Suite, (Word, Excel, Access, project SharePoint, and PowerPoint) and Visio experience in order to prepare all documents, listings, tables, briefings and worksheets
  • 5+ years of experience in DoD Capital Investment Planning (CIP), Strategic Planning, technical analysis and compliance activities
  • 10+ years of IT Technical and Program Management
  • Familiar with PPBE
  • Qualify for Top Secret/SCI security clearance
  • Knowledge and experience in US Federal Civil agencies and DoD agencies preferred
  • Bachelor’s in Business Management, Accounting or Finance preferred
  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • DoD experience desired
