About The Position

Manage commercial credit relationships in support of the assigned loan officer. Work with assigned loan officer on new loan requests, renewals, modifications, collection of financial documents. Requirements

  • Excellent organizational, managerial and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or finance. (Credit/loan experience may be considered in lieu thereof.)
  • Two to five years’ experience with lending or commensurate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial relationships
  • Act as point of contact for borrowers
  • Prepare loan presentations for new requests, modifications and renewals
  • Monitor construction loans in the portfolio
  • Work with loan coordinators on loan closings
  • Work effectively with coordinators, credit department, loan operations
  • Present credit packages to loan committee
  • Work with loan officer to grow the loan portfolio
  • Analyze financial statements, assess creditworthiness, and recommend loan structures
  • Make recommendations to management regarding product improvement or changes
  • Refer depository and other business lines from customer base to the Branch Retail Manager.
