Reporting to the Regional Manager or Area Manager, the Portfolio Manager is responsible for the operational and financial performance of a portfolio of build-to-rent (BTR) and similar communities, managed remotely. This role ensures optimum results in resident satisfaction, team leadership, asset performance, compliance, and reputation management across multiple sites. The Portfolio Manager leads onsite and remote personnel and collaborates with internal and external partners to achieve company goals.
