Job expectations include managing the portfolio, ensuring compliance to standards, and driving continuous improvement to operations and governance. Position Summary: This job is responsible for overseeing programs and projects specific to corporate change initiatives that impact how the bank does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary contact to department managers for critical change initiatives and communicating, influencing, and negotiating vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage resources. Job expectations include delivering regulatory and executive material and ensuring results align to program strategy, simplification, and new capabilities. Ability to be nimble and flexible; prioritize workload, proactively react to issues, and consistently react to shifting deadlines. Ability to communicate effectively at different levels within the organization. Fluent in technology and strong knowledge of project and software development methodologies / techniques. Solid presentation, facilitation, interview, and workshop skills. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, adaptation, and conflict management skills.
