About The Position
Manage day-to-day collection process for assigned portfolios. Oversee collections for 700 accounts, totaling around $9 million. Assist in customer support by monitoring credit call lines and email inboxes. Support external customer setup and access to digital solutions. Drive resolution of customer issues to facilitate payment of undisputed balances. Collaborate closely with credit management to assist in reconciliation and collections.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in commercial credit and collections.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in accounts receivable management and reconciliation.
- Experience with customer service and credit analysis.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with SAP, JDE, and GetPAID is a plus.
