We are looking for a Portfolio Analyst that is responsible for helping manage investment strategies and will receive deep exposure to portfolio construction, trading and implementation, and client strategy within the investments team We want a team player who can leverage the strength of the firm to deliver outstanding results and solutions. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • CFP or CFA certification
  • Minimum 3-7 years of experience in a wealth management related or financial services field
  • M&A knowledge is preferred
  • Experience with trading software (Tamarac, Eclipse ,Redtail, etc.)
  • CRM experience
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of planning strategies and solutions
  • Highly proficient in financial planning software and computer software, including the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Actively engages as a team member
  • Adaptability and flexibility

Nice To Haves

  • M&A knowledge is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage daily firm-wide trading, rebalancing, and reconciliation process.
  • Ensure proper execution of client and advisor requests
  • Keep portfolios in compliance with Investment Committee guidelines regarding asset class, market cap, sector, and individual security weightings and ensure that all internal documentation regarding the portfolio is updated and complete
  • Create portfolio proposals for current and prospective clients in collaboration with members of the Wealth Management team
