We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Set-Up and Clean-Up Crew Member. This role is critical to ensuring that event spaces, dining areas, or facilities are properly prepared before use and thoroughly cleaned afterward. Ideal candidates are punctual, hardworking, and take pride in maintaining a clean and organized environment. Set-Up Duties: Prepare event or workspaces according to floor plans or instructions Set up tables, chairs, stages, booths, signage, and decorations Arrange equipment (AV, lighting, etc.) as needed Ensure cleanliness and functionality of the area before use Assist with unloading and placing supplies or catering items Coordinate with event organizers, caterers, or supervisors to ensure accuracy in setup Clean-Up Duties: Break down and store furniture and equipment after events Collect and dispose of trash, recyclables, and leftover materials Clean floors, surfaces, restrooms, and kitchen areas (if applicable) Handle light janitorial tasks (sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces) Report damaged or missing items to supervisors Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
