Essential Responsibilities include inspecting the community daily for litter, debris, and pet droppings, removing trash from vacant apartments, completing minor service requests, assisting the make-ready specialist, changing locks, ensuring pool gates work according to codes, distributing notices to residents, informing supervisors of hazards, demonstrating customer service skills, and complying with safety and risk-management policies.
