Porter/Polisher - The Hand and The Eye
About The Position
Power the operation behind the scenes! As a Porter, you’ll support the entire venue by maintaining cleanliness and organization in all back-of-house areas. You'll ensure our team has a clean, safe, and stocked environment to serve every guest at the highest level. From the stadium to the head table, Levy leverages unbridled creativity, custom strategies, impeccable service, and true love for great food to create unforgettable experiences. Founded in Chicago 40 years ago as a Delicatessen, Levy now finds itself as a leading presence in the Food, Beverage, and Retail industry across 200 plus Entertainment, Sports, and Restaurant venues across the country.
Requirements
- Experience in janitorial, facilities, or kitchen support (preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts
- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, prep spaces, and storage areas
- Remove trash and recycling regularly throughout shifts
- Restock cleaning supplies and paper products
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and common areas
- Assist with equipment and facility upkeep
- Support kitchen and event staff as needed
