About The Position
Celtic Property Management is seeking a hardworking, dedicated, and motivated Porter Groundskeeper with a passion for maintaining beautiful multifamily homes at The Reserve at Westpark. Requirements
- We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail oriented, and takes pride in doing the job right.
- Groundskeeping, porter, custodial, or maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
- You must be able to work independently, follow instructions, and maintain consistent quality standards.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities
- Picking up trash and debris throughout the property
- Cleaning breezeways, stairwells, sidewalks, parking areas, and common spaces
- Maintaining dumpster enclosures and removing bulk trash
- Cleaning laundry rooms, community rooms, and office areas
- Assisting with preparing vacant homes for new residents
- Reporting safety hazards, damaged property, or maintenance issues
- Supporting the maintenance team with daily and seasonal projects
