We are hiring dedicated and motivated Groundskeeper positions for numerous Class A & B luxury communities. Our Groundskeeper team plays a key part in our team and are recognized and rewarded for their hard work. Ensuring your property maintains exceptional curb appeal by keeping the grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained General grounds and pool maintenance Landscape-planting and weeding Trash pickup and removal Performing cleaning, basic maintenance and repair of pools and hot tubs. Other duties: Trimming, water plants, hang flyers, sweep grounds, etc. M-F: 8am-4:30pm and Saturday/Sunday for roughly 2 hours to check pool chemicals. (Can shorten weekday hours if they do not want OT) Landscaping Pool maintenance Richdale is more than where you work, it’s your home.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of landscaping, grounds or general maintenance experience required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver's license required
Ability to consistently display a positive attitude
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal skills—will communicate with residents, management, vendors and contractors

Nice To Haves

Experience in maintaining commercial grounds preferred
