About The Position

Efficiently maintain the physical appearance of the apartment community Walk the grounds and common areas removing litter and debris from grounds, parking areas, sidewalks, and amenities Duties may include the use of a power washer and cleaning or vacuuming pool Participate in other tasks and activities as assigned including some minor maintenance Reliable transportation to and from work Maintain a high level of customer service A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Requirements

• Experience in custodial including exterior grounds pickup and common area amenities, apartment community experience preferred.
• Ability to work part-time schedule of 24 hours per week
