About The Position

As a Groundskeeper at Evergreen , you'll play a key role in maintaining the overall cleanliness, safety, and much more for our community. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellent service will help create a welcoming environment for residents and guests alike.

Requirements

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor in all weather conditions
• Must be available to work weekends ( days off: Wednesday and Thursday )
• Must pass a background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

• Previous groundskeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license is preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds including walkways, parking lots, and common areas
• Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, blowing, pressure washing, and trash removal
• Clean outdoor furniture, fixtures, and assigned maintenance areas
• Report any safety concerns or maintenance needs to the appropriate team members
• Provide courteous, helpful customer service to residents and guests
• Support the maintenance team with additional tasks as needed
