Requirements

2+ years of supervisory experience in Environmental Services, Custodial, Facilities, or Hospitality (healthcare preferred).
Knowledge of hospital cleaning standards, floor care, and infection prevention practices.
Strong communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible 2nd‑shift or split‑shift schedule.

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

Lead and support EVS staff to ensure consistent, high‑quality cleaning and disinfection across patient and public areas.
Maintain compliance with hospital, Sodexo, and regulatory standards (Joint Commission, CMS, infection prevention).
Conduct quality inspections, track KPIs, and partner with nursing and clinical teams to address service needs.
Manage scheduling, training, equipment readiness, and supply inventory for assigned shift(s).
Supervise work activities by assigning and prioritizing activities, and monitoring compliance to operating standards.
Establishes operating standards, develops and implements quality improvements and ensures direct reports adhere to standards and expectations.
