Requirements

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in Environmental Services, Custodial, Facilities, or Hospitality (healthcare preferred).
  • Knowledge of hospital cleaning standards, floor care, and infection prevention practices.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible 2nd‑shift or split‑shift schedule.
  • equipment management distribution experience.

  • Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support EVS staff to ensure consistent, high‑quality cleaning and disinfection across patient and public areas.
  • Maintain compliance with hospital, Sodexo, and regulatory standards (Joint Commission, CMS, infection prevention).
  • Conduct quality inspections, track KPIs, and partner with nursing and clinical teams to address service needs.
  • Manage scheduling, training, equipment readiness, and supply inventory for assigned shift(s).
  • Supervise work activities by assigning and prioritizing activities, and monitoring compliance to operating standards.
  • Establishes operating standards, develops and implements quality improvements and ensures direct reports adhere to standards and expectations.
  • Medical Technology transportation and cleaning services of moveable equipment
