About The Position

Waste Connections is seeking a safety-minded Portable Toilet Driver to join our team in Tuscaloosa, AL! No CDL Required (CDL Preferred) Pay: $18.50+ per hour. Includes overtime availability and benefits. About the Role: We provide trash and disposal services along with Portable Toilet solutions to the local community. As a key team member, you will safely operate our Pump Truck to service portable toilets in neighborhoods, construction sites, and special event locations, delivering top-notch service.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with a satisfactory driving record
• Valid Driver’s License
• Clean MVR
• Comfortable with physical labor

Responsibilities

• Safely operating the Pumper truck in various locations
• Reading route sheets and servicing each customer as assigned
• Performing daily pre and post-trip inspections
• Handling physically demanding tasks, including lifting, pulling, and bending
• Operating hydraulic hand controls to lift/load refuse and dispose of trash
• Interacting courteously with customers
• Performing other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
