About The Position
We are seeking experienced Porsche Service Technicians to join our team for our brand new Porsche store at Mills Auto Group in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Porsche Service Tech, you will be responsible for performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Porsche vehicles to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Requirements
- Previous experience as a service technician, preferably with Porsche, Audi or VW vehicles
- ASE certification or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and technology
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Responsibilities
- Performing diagnostic tests and identifying vehicle malfunctions
- Repairing and replacing vehicle parts and components
- Conducting routine maintenance and inspections
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries
- Ensuring compliance with company and manufacturer standards
