Requirements

  • Must have at least two years experience as a Porsche Service Advisor in a dealership setting.
  • Excellent customer service skills paired with a professional attitude
  • Team player able to function in a fast paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • High Line dealership experience a plus
  • Reynolds and Reynolds proficiency a plus

Responsibilities

  • Helping customers understand the value of maintaining their vehicles.
  • Provide excellent customer service and surpass all our customers’ demands & expectations.
  • Refer to service history, inspect vehicle, and recommend service to clients.
  • Promote the sales of services, parts, and accessories by thoroughly understanding the product and associated service requirements.
  • Administer new and used vehicle warranty repairs in accordance with warranty specifications.
  • The right individual will have experience in a dealership environment , strong sales skills, and high customer satisfaction scores.
