About The Position

Join our team at Porsche Tulsa in Tulsa, Oklahoma as a Porsche Brand Ambassador--Service Advisor. We're looking for an experienced luxury-minded professional and customer-focused individual to serve as the primary liaison between our valued clients and our service department. In this role, you'll combine your automotive expertise with exceptional customer service skills to ensure a premium experience for Porsche owners.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of consistent experience in an automotive luxury brand service advisor position
  • Proven exceptional CSI scores over time
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Automotive Technology or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
  • Proficiency in automotive CRM systems (CDK preferred)
  • Ability to explain complex technical information in easy-to-understand terms
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work
  • Valid driver's license
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry and luxury vehicle market
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and staying updated on Porsche products and services

Nice To Haves

  • Specific experience with Porsche vehicles preferred
  • Porsche Brand Ambassador Sales or Service Advisor Certification is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of German manufacturer, especially Porsche, vehicles and systems is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assess their service needs, scheduling appointments and explaining repair processes
  • Perform vehicle walk-arounds with customers to identify and document service requirements
  • Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion of repairs
  • Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs to customers, ensuring they understand the value and necessity of the work
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and obtain customer approvals for all services
  • Monitor the progress of repairs and keep customers informed throughout the service process
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, working to find satisfactory resolutions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Porsche vehicles, systems, and service procedures
  • Utilize automotive diagnostic software and CRM systems to manage customer information and service histories
  • Collaborate with parts department to ensure availability of necessary components for timely repairs
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized service area
