Pop-Up Store Manager (Temporary)

Peak DesignTigard, OR
10h$55,000 - $65,000

About The Position

We’re launching our first Portland pop-up at Bridgeport Village and looking for a strong, self-directed Store Manager to lead it. This is a ground-floor opportunity to run a high-visibility, high-impact, retail concept. You’ll lead a tight team, own the daily business and prove out a new market for Peak Design. The store is intentionally small and focused. That means fewer layers, faster decisions and full ownership of the floor. You will set the tone, drive sales performance, and operate autonomously in a premium outdoor mall environment. This role is ideal for a leader who loves selling, coaching in real time, and running a sharp, efficient store. It’s hands on. It’s fast moving. It’s yours to own. This is a temporary role (~10 months) to lead at our first (!) Oregon pop-up shop.
