About The Position

The Poolside Bartender creates an excellent guest experience that exceeds expectations by preparing and serving classic and innovative beverages. As a bartender at Nellie's, you'll be responsible coordinating the pool bar and communicating with both front and back-of-house team members to ensure a seamless experience for our guests. Salary: $18.00/hour This is a Seasonal position with targeted start and end dates: Season Start: 5/3/2026 Season End: 9/19/2026 Why join our team? Requirements

• Complete knowledge of mixology
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that will include evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to work well with others and function well in a fast paced environment
• Cashiering experience
• Current liquor license and food handler permits required

Responsibilities

• Meet all established service standards
• Prepare all beverages served in the area of responsibility
• Maintain control of bar area, staff, clientele, guest service, and atmosphere
• Maintain cleanliness of the snack bar and corresponding facilities
• Perform tasks necessary for opening and closing of the facility to the satisfaction of administration and within inventory needs
• Comply with all Washington State labor, health and safety regulations
• Maintain issued bank
