Overview: This role will ensure that our resort pools are well-maintained and reflects an image of outstanding quality.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Synergy Program
- Working knowledge of all pool equipment and water chemistry
- Maintain proper inventories of all pool related supplies and chemicals
- Exterior and Interior of hotel. Exposure to extreme hot and cold temperatures.
- High school or equivalent education required.
- Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs.
- Must have a flexible availability, to include mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Maintain all pools, spas, and fountains in resort.
- Maintain safe and proper water chemistry levels in all water features
- Maintain all equipment associated with pools, spas, and fountains
- Receive direction for calls via radio.
- Assist engineers and mechanics with repairs.
- Clean all work areas after completing job.
- Fill out Daily Work form.
- Have a thorough understanding of Omni fire alarm procedures and other emergencies.
- Have a thorough understanding of Omni House rules and regulations
- Access computer-based building automation system
- Adjust house music levels using house music controls/ fitness room and pool
- Troubleshoot a pool and spa heaters
