We are seeking an enthusiastic, guest-focused Pool Server to join our team at Cabana Bar at The St. Anthony Hotel. As a Pool Server, you will create a relaxing and memorable experience for our guests by delivering prompt, friendly food and beverage service right to their poolside lounge chairs. Requirements
- Previous experience as a server or in a hospitality role preferred.
- Must be able to obtain any required food handler or alcohol service permits within 45 days of hire.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift and carry trays and stand for long periods.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays is essential.
Responsibilities
- Greet pool guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take food and beverage orders and accurately input them into the point-of-sale system.
- Deliver orders promptly and check back to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Be knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, and current promotions.
- Maintain cleanliness of the pool area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the pool area for service daily.
- Work closely with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate orders.
- Ensure guest safety and comfort by following all pool and food safety procedures.
- Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
